The breakfast was one of the best I've had-lots of options and super fresh. The staff were awesome and really helped me figure out the best spots to visit. The room was cozy and comfortable. The bed felt great! I definitely recommend it 😊

Everything is really good here, had a very very good stay for the second visit. Very amiable and attentive people that welcomes you in. Plus, the location is magnificent and perfect, minutes from a large urban plaza. What's more, it's in a shopping area close enough to Metro Stations ..., bars and the center of Madrid. The downstairs bar is a nice plus.

The noise levels are a real downside!!! Thin walls made conversations from neighboring rooms eavesdroppable. The small room size left little room to maneuver comfortably. Parking options are limited, which could create issues for car travelers!!!

Of course we gave an outgoing envelope to Nazareth, the receptionist who welcomed us with a smile and provided us with the required information. However add that the hotel needs care and general cleanliness, we were in room 206 and in general lines needed a good review at all levels, (broken screen, did not close, . hydromassage "does not work", without artichoke above, the broken joint, the sides between screen and wall sucisimos ...) add that we were only 2 people and thank goodness ..., although the room "supposedly" is prepared for 4 ... but better not go 4. Of course it gives a general appearance little care, we left the suitcase at the top of the closet and when he took it out was all dirty suitcase, needed a good review at all levels, (broken screen, not closed, I want to imagine what it can be that with 4 people, regardless of that you will enjoy the city, the accommodation is only used to sleep, but it is not exempt from being with some breadth, cleanliness and painting.. there is nothing of high decoration and that is not a problem... but if it is it the dirty thing that are the walls, thing that with a coat of white painting would be worth to seem another thing. Adding that the sound is transmitted as if our neighbours were in the same room, the soundproofing issue does not exist. Anyway, I don't know about the other rooms, but ours is susceptible to many improvements. In short, the best thing about the hotel was the reception. And this is not a destructive criticism of the room, it is realistic and intended to be taken into account. Thank you.
I better put in what I did like, treatment by the receptionists and location of the hotel. Thank you.

location is fantastic, few meters from Gran Via, you don't mind the traffic or people at all. You have two subway stations (Gran Via and Callao) within walking distance. It is located next to a commercial area and very interesting leisure areas (theatres, cinemas, restaurants,.. staff is very friendly. Lemonade at the entrance is appreciated! hall smells very good.. corridors, hotel itself, are very quiet There are works next door and you can't hear anything at all.
There are stairs from the entrance to the reception. We didn't mind, but for someone who has certain mobility restrictions it can be an inconvenience. The bed is a little soft for our taste, but everything is correct and clean. The air conditioning makes quite a bit of noise for those who have anything that disturbs their sleep. The most negative thing... could be the bathroom, which although it has parts that look renovated (the tiling on the walls) does look a bit old (the shower doors), but everything is clean.

Central location and excellent breakfast
The location made it easy to explore Madrid's vibrant streets, and I woke up to an excellent breakfast spread each morning, including fresh pastries and diverse options. The staff consistently provided helpful recommendations and were friendly.
My nights were less restful than I had hoped. I encountered significant noise from the adjacent rooms. The safe in my room was out of order, a minor inconvenience but didn't overshadow the overall enjoyment of my stay.

The breakfasts are spectacular, they have a healthy food corner apart from what you would expect in a buffet breakfast and Angelita who is responsible for it treated us wonderfully. The reception staff is very professional and friendly.
hotel is very old and needs to be renovated now. first night they gave us a room in the upper floor when we entered was an oven, we opened the window to cool and we went to dinner, to return still hot and as the air conditioning was not working we decided to leave the window open, total that between heat and noise of the street we could not sleep barely. We asked to change room the next day pq on Sunday we had a race and we needed to rest and there was no problem they gave us a quieter interior room but oh surprise! guest downstairs had the TV on full blast and although we complained there was no way he could turn it down until after twelve so we barely slept either. hotel is in need of renovation to improve the soundproofing and cooling system, it was very unpleasant to be hot all night, pity the staff there is so charming and they tried to do everything possible to improve our stay

We enjoyed the fantastic location, just steps from Gran Vía, made exploring the city super easy. Plus, the hotel allowed us to bring our three dogs along. One highlight was the complimentary bike rental at reception for exploring nearby attractions.
My kids wished for more comfortable bedding options.

Location, treatment towards the customer, above all also towards our pet. Receiving in every moment a detail and opportune treatment for them, always forgotten ones, almost always separated of the lodgings. Travelling with the pet is for many, travelling with a member of the family. Thank you for making it possible! Our pet was given sweets on arrival, bowls for water and food in the room, also a small packet of food.
The cleanliness in the room was not entirely satisfactory. The cleanliness in the bathroom also left much to be desired, but it was not the worst thing you can see in a hotel. On the other hand, the client has to manipulate the light box to be able to disconnect the air conditioning, which closes the circuit to lower the blinds that are automatic. A little more technology in the room wouldn't hurt.

The location is the best. The hotel itself is average quality.
The room daily rate and the small discount offered on the car parking nearby. With the discount, the 24h parking costs about 24 EUR.

We appreciated the bike hire at reception for exploring. The staff was super helpful, and the breakfast provided plenty of options. The beds were comfy, and the rooms were clean.
We had a hiccup with the air conditioning. It made some noise during the night, a bit annoying. But overall, it didn't ruin our experience.

It was an excellent stay for the second visit, would recommend this place. We appreciated the convenience of the a double room, as well as a mini bar, central heating and a personal safe. The bed was very comfy and bathroom was newly renovated. The location was great - just 5 minutes' walk from a vast pedestrianized public square.
The staff - some of them were a little rude.
